Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders or supplier delays, processing times may be slightly extended. You’ll be notified via email if there are any significant delays.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 2–5 business days for the tracking information to update.

Shipping Fees

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $40 USD. For orders under $40, a flat-rate shipping fee may apply depending on your region.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Delvora is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (such as tariffs, taxes, or customs duties) are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Delvora is not liable for lost or stolen packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier. If your tracking information says delivered but you haven't received your package, please:

  • Check with neighbors or your local delivery service.

  • Contact your local post office or carrier for more details.
